Is there a course refund policy?
Yes, you will get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the class starts. However, if you cancel a class that begins within 48 hours, there will be no refund.
How do I access my online class?
All our online classes are hosted on the TUEX's video conferencing portal. Go to live.tuex.ca and enter your course ID to enter your class. These rooms will be made available to you 5 minutes before the class starts.
How much commission does TUEX charge the tutors?
We offer the lowest commission rate for tutors in North America. Our commission rate starts from 27% and drops down to 11% depending on your teaching hours. The more teaching hours you accumulate, the less we charge. The commission rate chart can be found by clicking your teaching hours on the app on the “Me” page.
How do I sign up?
Download the TUEX or TUEX Tutor app in the App Store or Google Play.
Sign up for an account using your phone number or third-party log in. For more information, visit the student or tutor page on our website.
